AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM EACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE
N0. gl BY REQUIRING MEMBERS OF THE HOARD OF GOVERNORS TO HAVE HELD MEMBERSHIP IN THE NORTH
PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB, GOLF OR SWIMMING SECTIONS, FOR A PERIOD OF AT LEAST FOUR MONTHS
PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT, AND BY E%CEPTING PRESENT MEM~RS THEREFROM.
~ IT ORDAINED BY THE PILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 2(B)(b) of Ordinance No 91 be, and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
Must hold an annual membership card entitling such person to the
privileges of the North Palm Beach Country Club Golf Course and
Dining Room, or Swimming Pool and Dining Room, and must have held
such membership for a period of at least four (¢) months prior to
his appointment."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect as of the date of passage, and the
present members of the Board of Governors of the North Palm Beach Country Club, as appointed
by Resolution No. 312-67, shall not be affected by this ordinance until their term of office
expires. The appointment of members of the Board of Governors by Resolution No. 312-67 for
the terms set forth therein is hereby ratified and confirmed.
