AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO, 121, THE OFFENSES ORDINANCE, BY PERMITTING ROUND BUTTON MARKERS-
ON SWALE AREAS FOR THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
• Section 1. Section 6(2) (b) of Ordinance No. 121 be, and the same _
is hereby, amended to read a.s follows:
"Section 6(2)(b) Obstructing passageways. To place or
erect upon public wa.y or passa.gewa.y to any building an
obstruction of any type; provided that this subsection _ --
shall not prevent the duly authorized or required placing of
temporary barriers or warning signs for the purpose of _ .
safeguarding the public; and providing further that
swale markers ma.y be placed a.t the edge of swale areas
to protect the edges of lawns from being driven on by
passing vehicles, with the swale markers to be round
button cement markers with anchor rods a.tta.ched, not
to exceed 12 inches in diameter and 4 inches in height."
