Ordinance 140 Regulating Offenses ORDINANCE N0. 0_67 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, REGULATING CONDUCT CONSTITUTING AN OFFENSE BY PERSONS Ikd THE VILLAGE, PREVENTING DISORDER AND, IMMORALITY, PROTECTING PUBLIC MORALS AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF ITS PROVISIONS. ~ ~ * ~ r BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA; Section 1, No female person in the Village over the age of 12 years shall appear in any public place or private place where the public is invited or any place open to the public view in a topless costume. Tkie term topless costume shall be defined as any clothing which does not cover a ma3or part of the female breasts and shall include those devices commonly known as "pasties." Section 2, No person in the Village shall knowlingly employ or permit a female i person who is wearing a topless costume within the confines of any premises which he controls and to which the public is 9avited or is open to public view. Section 3, The violation of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be punished ~J 7 by a fine not exceeding X500,00 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 60 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
