AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE
N0. li7., WHICH ADOPTED THE MODEL TRAFFIC ORDINANCE OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, BY REGULATING
PARKING AREAS ON VILLAGE STREETS AND BY PROHIBITING CERTAIN PARKING BETWEEN CERTAIN HOURS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NOBTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 186.0106(2) of Ordinance No. /~l.of the Village of North Falm
Beach be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows:
"On streets where no curbing is provided and where parking is permitted
by this Ordinance, every vehicle stopped or parked shall be so stopped
or parked with the right hand wheels of such vehicle parallel with and
not more than 12 inches From the right hand edge of the roadway."
Section 2. Section 186.0106 of Ordinance No. L,1 of the Village of North Palm Beach

is hereby amended by adding thereto Section 186.0106(3) to read as follows:
"Between the hours of Two (2} A.M. and Six (6) A.M. on streets where
no curbing is provided, the parking of a vehicle shall not usurp more
than 12 inches of the paved portion of the street."
