2003-11 Amends Appearance Plan Areas of JurisdictionORDINANCE 11-2003
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE PORTION OF SECTION III, AREAS OF
JURISDICTION, ENTITLED "AREAS AND ELEMENTS UNDER JURISDICTION" OF
APPENDIX A-APPEARANCE PLAN, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE
TO UPDATE AND INCLUDE THE ZONING DISTRICTS OF THE VILLAGE OVER WHICH
THE APPEARANCE BOARD HAS JURISDICTION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY;
PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby amend
that portion of Section III, Areas of Jurisdiction, that is entitled "Areas and Elements under
Jurisdiction" of Appendix A-Appearance Plan, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village and to
read as follows:
"SECTION III AREAS OF JURISDICTION
AREAS AND ELEMENTS UNDER JURISDICTION
The jurisdictional areas of the Appearance Board are all areas within the Village of North Palm
Beach that are zoned:
Rl SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT -applies to all usages except single
family and their normal accessory buildings
R2 MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT
R3 APARTMENT DWELLING DISTRICT
CA COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
C 1 A LIMITED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
CB COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
Cl NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
C2 AUTOMOTIVE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
C3 REGIONAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
P PUBLIC DISTRICT
C-OS CONSERVATION AND OPEN SPACE
CC TRANSITIONAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
`~ NBOZ NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICT."
Section 2. If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this Ordinance is for
any reason held by a Court to be unconstitutional, inoperative or void, such holding shall not
affect the remainder of this Ordinance.
Section 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
