AN ORDINANCE OF TAE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH REQUIRING ALL MEMBERS OF ADVISORY
BOARDS TO THE VILLAGE COUNCIL TO BE RESIDENTS OF THE VILLAGE,

' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUidCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FIARIDA, THAT:
Section 1=, No person may be .a member of any board created by the Village Council to
advise the Village Council on ar~p matter unless such person shall be and remain a resident of
• the Village of North Palm Beach during the term o£ office.
Section 2. Any person who, when appointed to any such advisory board is a resident
of the Village of North Palm Beach but who later terminates such residency, shall immediately
upon termination of residency be deemiad to be no longer a member of such advisory board and
shall have no right or privilege to vote or participate in matters of such board.
Section 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
