2004-34 Rezoning 9225 Alt A1A (U-Haul)ORDINANCE N0. 34-2004 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, REZONING A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT 9225 ALTERNATE A-1-A CONSISTING OF 0.92 ACRES OF LAND, MORE OR LESS, WITHIN THE VILLAGE AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED, FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY ZONING DISTRICT CE/SUP TO VILLAGE C-2, COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby rezone a parcel of land located at 9225 Alternate A-1-A consisting of 0.92 acres of land, more or less, within the Village and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached, from Palm Beach County Zoning District CE/SUP to Village C-2, Commercial District of the Village of North Palm Beach. Section 2. If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this Ordinance is for any reason held by a Court to be unconstitutional, inoperative or void, such holding shall not affect the remainder of this Ordinance. Section 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon the Village of North Palm Beach adopting a comprehensive plan amendment that includes the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached. Railway a distance of 995.00 feet to the Point of Beginnings thence Southerly along said Easterly right of way line of the F.E.C.
