AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.,
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE NORTH PALM BEACH GENERAL FUND BUDGET FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 2003-2004 TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $45,000
FOR HURRICANE EXPENSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 24-2003, the budget ordinance of the Village of North Palm Beach,
is hereby amended as follows:

Section 3. This ordinance is being enacted on an emergency basis pursuant to the provisions
of 166.041(3)(b), Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
