AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, ANNEgING CERTAIN LAND,

' WHEREAS, the Charter of the Village provides in Article V, Section 29, as follows:
"Upon petition of the owner or owners of any lands adjoining or within
two (2) miles of the territorial boundaries of said municipality, to
annex such lands by ordinance to the territorial limits of the municipality
hereby established. Whenever any land shall be annexed to the municipality
hereby established, upon the petition of the owner or owners thereof and in
accordance with the power and authority hereby given, then such land so
annexed shall be and become a part of the municipality hereby established
with the same force and effect as triough the same had been originally incor-
porated in the territorial boundaries thereof.~~

Dear Sir:
We, the undersigned, do hereby request annexation tc the Village of North Palm Beach.
Our property is in Palm Beach County, State of Florida, described as follows:
Commencing at a point located by measuring from the northwest corner of
Government Lot 7, Section 4, Township 42 South, Range 43 East; thence
run East on the North line of said Government Lot 7 to the point of
intersection of the East R/W line of Federal Highway (U.S. #1); thence
in a southwesterly direction along the -East line of said Federal Highway
a distance of 400 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South-
, westerly along said East line of said Federal Highway, a distance of
200 feet; thence run East parellel to the North line of said Government
Lot 7 to the point o.f intersection o£ the East Line of said Government
Lot 7; thence North along said East line of said Government Lot 7 to a
point where a line running East and West through the Point of Beginning
and parallel to the North line of said Government Lot 7 to the point
of Beginning.

Beach with the same force and effect as though the same had been originally incorporated in the
Village territorial boundaries.
