Vice Mayor Manuel called the meeting to order at 8:47 p.m. All members of Council were present,
except Mayor Norris, who was out of town. All members of staff were present.

This item was tabled until the next Workshop Session when a full Council is present.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
