Ordinance 104 Annexation• ORDINANCE N0, 1~ - 1964 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ANNEX A CERTAIN UNINCORPORATED TRACT OF LAND LYING CONTIGUOUS TO THE VILLAGE OF NORTH ' PALM BEACH IN PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND DIRECTING THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE. ~ ~ ~ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, Section 1. The Village Council of North Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, ' hereby declares its intention to annex the following described tract o£ land to said Village at the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of approval of this. Ordinance, to-wit: In Sections 3, 4 and 10, Township 42 South,. Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: • Beginning at the point of intersection of the waters aloud the west shore of Lake Worth with the north Line of Government Lot 8, Section 4, Township 42 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida; thence northerly along the waters of Lake Worth and along the westerly edge of the body of water connecting Lake Worth and Little Lake Worth to a point in the northerly right of way line of State Road No. 703, as shown on Bulkhead Line map recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 135, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida; thence easterly along said northerly right of way line to the beginning of a curve concave to the north having a radius of 1379.69 feet and a central angle of 27° 29' 37"; thence easterly along the arc of said curve, a distance of 662.05 feet to the end of said curve; thence easterly along said northerly right of way line, and tangent to said curve, a distance o£ 343.91 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the southwest having a radius of 902.32 feet and a central angle of 90° 02' 26"; thence easterly, southeasterly and southerly along said right of way line, a distance of 1418.00 feet to the end of said curve; thence southerly along the easterly right of way line of said State Road No. 703, and tangent to said curve, a distance of 833.15 feet to. the beginning of a curve ooncave to the east, having a radius of 1379.69 feet and a central angle ' of 15° 43' 07°; thence southerly along the arc of said curve, a distance of 378.51 feet to the end of said curve; thence southerly along said easterly right of way line, and tangent to said curve, a distance of 321.29 feet, to the beginning of a curve, concave to the west, having a radius of 1008.37 feet and a central angle of 30° 0' 15"; thence southerly along the ara of said curve, a distance of 528.05 feet to the end of said curve; thence southerly along said easterly right of way line, and tangent to said curve, a distance of 303.60 feet, more or less, to the south line of the replat of Marshall Morton Estates, as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 1, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida; thence westerly along the south line of said replat of Marshall Morton Estates, to the waters along the east shore of Lake Worth; thence, northerly along the waters of Lake Worth to a point in the westerly extension of the north line of Section I0, Township 42 South, Range 43 East; thence westerly along the westerly extension of the north line of said Section 10, to a point in the southerly extension of the line between Government Lot 3 and 5, Section 4, Township 42 South, Range 43 East; thence northerly along the line between said Government Lots 3 and 5, to a point in the easterly extension of the north line of Government Lot 8, of said Section 4; thence westerly along the exten- • sion of the north line of Government Lot 8 to its intersection with the water's edge along the west shore of Lake Worth and the point of beginning. Section 2. Said tract of land which contains less than ten registered voters is an unincorporated tract of land lying contiguous to the Village of North Palm Beach, Palm Beach County Florida, lying within Palm Beach County, Florida, and said tract of land when annexed will, constitute a reasonably compact addition to the Village of North Palm Beach. Section 3.
