AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION

TO ANNE% A CERTAIN UNINCORPORATED TRACT OF LAND LYING CONTIGIIOUS TO THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH IN PALM EACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND DIRECTING THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTR PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
Section 1. The Village Council of North Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida,
hereby declares its intention to annex the following described tract of land to said village
at the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of approval of this ordinance, to-wit:
In the Northeast Quarter (NE~) of Section 8, Township /,.2, South, Range 43 East,
• Palm Beach County, Florida, ;more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING
at the Northwest corner of the East Half of the West Half of the Northwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 42 South, Range 43
East, Palm Heach County, Florida; thence southerly, along the west Line of
said East Half of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter o£ the Northeast '
Quarter, to the southwest corner thereof; thence easterly, along the south
line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, to the northwest
corner of the East Half of t:he Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter o£
the Northeast Quarter of said Section 8; thence southerly, along the west line
o£ said East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter to the southwest corner thereof; thence easterly, along the
south line of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter, and along the south line of the West,. Half of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, to the
southeast corner of said West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence northerly, along the east line of
said West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the North-
' east Quarter, to a point 185 feet south of the north line thereof; thence
easterly, along said paralle:L line, to the waters of Prosperity Creek, so
called; thence northerly, along the waters of said Prosperity Creek, to the
north line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter o£ the North-
east Quarter; thence westerly along the north line'of said Northwest Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter of 'the Northeast Quarter, to the northwest corner
thereof; thence northerly, along the east line of the Southeast Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, to the northeast corner
thereof; thence westerly, along the north line of said Southeast Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; to the northwest corner thereof;
thence northerly, along the east line of the East Hal£ of the Northwest Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, to the northeast corner
thereof and a point in the north line of said Section 8; thence westerly along
the north line of said Section 8 to said northwest corner of the East Half of
the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section
8 and the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Section 2. Said tract of land which contains less than ten registered voters is an
• unincorporated tract of land lying contiguous to the Village of North Palm Beach, Palm Beach
County, Florida, lying within Palm Beach County, Florida, and said tract of land when annexed
will constitute a reasonably compact addition to the Village of North Palm Beach.
' Section This Ordinance will be published once a week for £our consecutive weeks
in a newspaper published in Palm BeacYi County, Florida, since there is no newspaper published
in the Village of North Palm Beach.
