ORDINANCE N0. 102 - 1964
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND.

WHEREAS, the Village o£ North Palm Beach has heretofore in Ordinance No. 95

announced its intention to annex a certain tract of land hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, notice of its intention to annex at the expiration of thirty days from
the approval of said Qrdinance was published once a week for four consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Palm Beach County, there being no newspaper published in the Village
of North Palm Beach, and
WHEREAS, the thirty days have expired from the date of approval of said Ordinance
No. 95, and no objections to annexation having been set Forth by petition to the Circuit
Court of Palm Beach County, and
WHEREAS, the Village has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 171,
Florida Statutes,
NOW, THEREFORE, ~ IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE GODNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:

Section 1. The following land in Palm Beach County, Florida lying contiguous to

the Village of North Palm Beach, be and the same is, hereby annexed to the Village of North
Palm Beach, Florida, to-wit:
++Beginning at the Quarter Section corner in the south line of
Section 17, Township L,2 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County,
Florida; thence northerly along the north-south Quarter Section
line of said Section 17, a distance of 221.26 feet to its inter-
section with the westerly extension of the south line of Fair-
haven Addition to Village of North Palm Beach, According to the
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 90; thence easterly
along the south lane of said Fairyiaven Addition, a distance of
996.13 feet to a point in the west line of Block 36, Village of
North Palm Beach, Plat No. 3, recorded in Flat Book 25, Pages 175
and 176; thence southerly along said west line of block 36 and its
southerly extension, a distance of 220.92 feet to a point in the
south line of said Section 17; thence westerly along the south line
of said Section 1'7, a distance of 996.17 feet to the Point of
Beginning."
Section 2. Such land shall hereafter be a part of the municipality of North Palm
Beach with the same force and effect as though the same had been originally incorporated in
the Village territorial boundaries.
