ORDINANCE N0.2S - 1964
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, ANNE%ING CERTAIN LAND,

WHEREAS, the Charter of the ti'illage provides in Article V. Section 29, as follows:
and
"Upon petition of t;he owner or owners of any lands
adjoining or within two (2) miles of the territorial
boundaries of said municipality, to annex such lands
by ordinance to they territiorial limits of the muniei-
pality hereby established. Whenever any land shall be
annexed to the municipality hereby established, Vpon
the petition of the owner or owners thereof and in
accordance with the: power and authority hereby given,
then such land so annexed shall be and become a part
of the municipality hereby established with the same
force and effect as though the same had been origin-
ally incorporated in the territorial bounUaries thereo£,s'
WHEREAS, the £ollowing petition has been received by the Village Council:

Village of North Palm Beach, Florida
Gentlemen:
As owner of the £ollowing described property, I hereby
request that the Village of North Palm Beach annex this
property into the corporate limits o£ the Village of'_Ncrth
Palm Beach:
Legal Description of Property:
The West half of the "Not Included" Parcel as
shown on the plat of FAIRHAVEN ADDITION TO
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, as recorded in Plat
Book 27, at Page 90 in and for the records of
Palm Beach County, Florida.
The entrance o£ these lots into the Village of
North Palm Beach will create £ive (5) additional
residential lots in what will be a re-plat of the
FAIRHAVEN ADDITION to the Village of North Palm
Beach.
Enclosed find copy of survey dated 12 May 1964
which gives a more accurate description of thg
property.

WHEREAS, it appears said land is owned by said persons and is geographically
so located as to comply with the Charter provision above quoted and should be annexed by
the Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORIIAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH FALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:

annexed to the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida;
