AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NOR`.CH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ANNE%
A CERTAIN UNINCORPORATED TRACT OF LAND LYING CONTIGUOIIS TO THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH IN PALM
BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND DIRECTING THE P17BLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
' Section 1, The Village Council of North Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, hereby
declares its intention to annex the following described tract of land to said Village at the
expirarion of thirty (30) days from the date of approval of this Ordinance, to-wit:
"A tract of land in Section 17, Township 42 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County,
Florida, more particularly described as follows, to wit: FROM the Southeast corner of
the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section 17, Township 42 South, Range 43 East, run North
89° 33' 24" West along the south line of said Northwest Quarter (NW4) a distance of
346.86 feet to the Point of Beginning of the tract o£ land hereinafter described; thence
North 0° 13' 15" East, a distance o£ 664.03 feet, more or less, to a point in the south
line of Block "E" of Village of North Palm Beach, Plat No, 4, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 25, Pages 229 and 230, Public Records of Palm Beach County,
Florida; thence North 89° 32' 04" West along the south line of said Block "E;' a distance
of 326.82 feet to the northeasterly corner of Lot 11 of said Block "E"; thence South
0° 13' 27" West along the easterly line o£ Lots 11, 12, 13, 14 and. 15 of said Block "E",
a distance of 426.12 feet to the southeasterly corner of said Lot 15; thence westerly
at right angles, a distance of 125.02 feet, thence southerly at right angles, a distance
of 100 feet to the northerly right of way line of Canal C-17 as shown on said Plat No. 4;
thence South 68° 43' 43" East along said right of way line, a distance o£ 386.85 feet, more
or less, to its intersection with the south line of the Northwestwest Quarter (NW4) of
said Section 17; thence South 89° 33' 24" East along said South line, a distance of 90.84
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
' Section 2. Said tract of land which contains less than ten registered voters is an
unincorporated tract of land lying contiguous to the Village of North Palm Beach, Palm Beach
County, Florida, lying within Palm Beach County, Florida, and said tract of land when annexed
will constitue a reasonably compact addition to the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks
in a newspaper published in Palm Beach County, Florida, since there is no newspaper published
in the Village of North Palm Beach,
