AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION
' TO ANNE% A CERTAIN UNINCORPORATED TRACT OF LP.ND LYING CONTIGUOIIS TO THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH IN PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND DIRECTING THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
Section 1. The Village Council of North Palm Beach, Pa7.m Beach County, Florida,
hereby declares its intention to annex the following described tract of land to said Village
at the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of approval of this Drdinance, to-wit:
• "Beginning at the Quarter Section corner in the south line of Section 17,
Township 42 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida; thence northerly
along the north-south Quarter Section line of said Section 17, a distance of
221.26 feet to its intersection with the westerly extension of the south line o£
Fairhaven Addition to Village of North Palm Beach, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 90; thence easterly along the south Line of said
Fairhaven Addition, a distance of 996.13 feet to a point in the west line o£
Block 36, Village of North Palm Beach, Plat No. 3, recorded in Plat Book 25, Pages
175 and 176; thence southerly along said west line o£ Block 36 and its southerly
extension, a distance o£ 220.92 feet to a point in the south line o£ said Section 17;
thence westerly along the south line of said Section 17, a distance of 99b.17 feet
to the Point of Beginning."
Sectioxi 2. Said tract of land which contains less than ten registered voters
is an unincorporated tract of land lying contiguous to the Village of North Palm Beach,
Palm Beach County, Florida, lying within Palm Beach County, Florida, and said tract of
land when annexed will constitute a reasonably compact addition to the Village of North
Palm Beach,
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be published once a week for four consecutive
weeks in a newspaper published in Palm Beach County, Florida, since there is no newspaper`
published in the Village of North Palm Beach.
