ALLOW ANY TRASH, GARBAGE OR OTHER OBJECTIONABLE MATERIAL TO ESCAPE.IDTTO,.THE WATERS OF THE
VILLAGE FROM BOATS IN MOTION, ANCHORED OR TIED-IIP.AS MARINAS OR ANY OTHER. WATERWAYS WITHIN
THE VILLAGE; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR '.CHE VIOLATION OF SAID ORDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OE_NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
as follows:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for arky person in charge of any houseboat or other boat._.___
or_vessel in motion, anchored or tied up at any marina or any other waterways within .the _-.
Village limits to permit any trash, garbage, or the .excreta-or.reS'use from any toilet or privy
on said boat, to be thrown from, to be ejected from, on to be allowed to escape from such boat
into the waters in which said boat is :in motion, tied up or_anehored.
Section 2. That whosoever shall violate the provisions hereof, upon .conviction
thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding Eive.Hundred.Dollara (ffi500.00) or by im-
prisonment not_~to exceed ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the
discretion of the Village Court.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval
according to law.
