AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, MAKING IT

UNLAWFUL TO ERECT OR MAINTAIN, OR TO PERMIT THE ERECTION OR MAINTENANCE OF ANY
STRUCTURE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING A WALL, UPON, ACROSS, OVER OH UNDER ANY PORTION
OF ANY PUBLICLY DEDICATED UTILITY EASEMENT AREA IN THE VILLAGE; PROVIDING
PENALTIES FOR 7HE VIOLATION HEREOF AND FOR THE DENIAL OF BUILDING PERMITS WHERE
SAME INVOLVES SUCH A VIOLATION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

FLORIDA, as follows:
Section i. It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or maintain,
or to permit the erection or mainenance of any publicly dedicated utility
easement area in the Village.
Section 2. Any person who is convicted of violation of this ardinance
shall be subject to the maximum fine or maximum imprisonment authorized by the
Village Charter, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
Section 3. No building permits shall be granted in the name of the
Village where the improvements described in such permit conflict with the pro-
visions of Section 1 above.
