AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, MAKING IT
UNLAWFUL TO ERECT OR MAINTAIN, OR TO PERMIT-THE ERECTI6N OR MAINTENANCE OF ANY
STRUCTURE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING A WALL, UPON, ACROSS, OVER C!R UNDER ANY PORTION
OF ANY PUBLICLY_•DEDICATED UTILITY EASEMENT AREA IN THE VILLAGE; PROVIDING
PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF AND FOR THE DENIAL OF BUILDING PERMITS WHERE
SAME INVOLVES SUCH A VIOLATION; AND FOR OTHER FURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, as follows:
Section It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or maintain,
or to permit the erection or maintenance of any structure of any kind, including
a wall, upon, across, over or under any portion of any publicly dedicated utility
easement area in the Village.
Section 2. An_y person who is convicted of violation of this ordinance
shall be subject to the maximum £ine or maximum improsonment authorized by the
Village Charter, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
Section 3. No building permits shall be granted in the name of the
Village where the improvements described in such permit conflict with the
provisions of Section 1. above.
