131; 17' ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village ofNorth Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby rezone a
parcel of land located at 2389 and 2421 Monet Road, Village of North Palm Beach, consisting of
2.1 acres of land, more or less, and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached from I'ahn
Beach CountyI_oning District RS, Residential Single Family, to Village R-2, Multiple-family
Dwelling District.
Section 2. If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this Ordinance is for any
reason held by a Couri to be unconstitutional, inoperative or void, such holding shall not affect the
remainder of this Ordinance.
Section 3. All Ordinances or pans of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. "Phis Ordinance shall take effect upon the Village of North Palm Beach adopting a
comprehensive plan amendment that includes the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached.
