DATE. BE 1'f ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Section ]. Section 19-10, Barbecue Grills and Similar Cooking Devices, of Article 1, In General, of Chapter 19, Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of North Palm Beach, is hereby created to read as follows: "Section 19-1Q Barbecue Grills and Similar Cooking Devices Barbecue grills and similar cooking devices with which open flames may he used to heat or prepare food or from which open flames may occur during the cooking process shall not be used on any balconies or porches of multi-family buildings except two (2) family dwellings. They shall be used only outside of and at a minimum of ten (]0) feet distance from the nearest building." Section 2. If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this Ordinance is for any reason held by a Court to be unconstitutional, inoperative or void, such holding shall not affect the remainder of this Ordinance. Section 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herein are hereby repealed. Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
