SI?CTION 5-25, FUELING OF MARINE CRAFT, OF ARTICLE I, IN GENERAL„ OF
CHAPTER 5, I30ATS, DOCKS AND WATERWAYS, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF

PROVIDING FOR THF, REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT llFREWITH; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN F.FFECTIVF. DATE.
Bli IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTfI PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 5-25, Fueling of Marine Craft, of Article I, In General, of Chapter 5,
Boats, Docks and Waterways, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of North Palm Beach, is
hereby created to read as follows:
"Section 5-25, Fueling of Marine Craft
Fueling of floating marine craft at other than a marine service station is prohibited."
Section 2. If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this Ordinance is for
any reason held by a Court to be unconstitutional, inoperative or void, such holding shall not
affect the remainder of this Ordinance.
Sectiai 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herein are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately on passage.
