AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 108, FEES, OF
THE 2004 EDITION OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE AS AMENDED
AND ADOPTED BY SECTION 6-16 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE VILLAGE, WHICH AMENDMENT INCREASES PERMIT FEES AND IS
FULLY SET FORTH AND ATTACHED TO THIS ORDINANCE AS EXHIBIT
"A", PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL
OF ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 108, Fees, of the 2004 Edition of the Florida Building Code adopted by
Section 6-16 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village is hereby amended to increase building
permit fees as fully set forth in Exhibit "A" attached to this ordinance and incorporated herein by
reference.
Section 2. If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this Ordinance is for
any reason held by a Court to be unconstitutional, inoperative or void, such holding shall not
affect the remainder of this Ordinance.
Section 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to
the extent of such conflict.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect October 1, 2006.
