AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING THE 2006 -2007 NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB RATES FOR
GOLF PLAY AND MEMBERSHIP COMMENCING FY 2006 -2007; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council hereby approves and establishes the 2006 -07 North Palm
Beach Country Club rates for golf play and membership commencing FY 2006 -2007 as provided
in Exhibit "A."
Section 2. The Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed to take all necessary and
appropriate actions to effect this change.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
