ORDINANCE N0. 27
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH PROVIDING THAT
NO OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE OR REDiEWAL THEREOF SHALL BE GRANTED ANY CONTRACTOR
WHO DOES NOT POSSESS A DULY ISSUED AND CURRENTLY EFFECTIVE CERTIFICATE OF
REGISTRATION; DEFINING THE WORD CONTRACTOR.

' BE IT ORDAINED BY 'PHE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALP4 BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOY7S:
Section 1. No Village occupational license, or renewal thereof,
• shall be granted to any contractor, as herein defined, unless and until
such contractor possesses a duly issued and currently effective Certificate
of Registration issued by the City of West Palm Beach Contractors' Examin-
ing Hoard, or by a Board of any other municipality in Palm Beach County,
Florida, having requirements substantially equivalent to the Contractors'
Examining Board of the City of West Palm Beach.
Section 2. The word "Contractor" as used herein refers to each
and every type of contractor named in the Occupational License Ordinance
of the Village of North Palm Beach.
