AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE CCUPdCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALPd BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE #14 OF SUCH VILLAGE
RY PROVIDING FOR THE COST OF PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL PERNIITS IN CONNECTION
WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF SWIM[~SING POOLS.

BE IT ORDAIPIED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM REACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The provisions of Section 2 of Ordinance #14 of
such Village entitled:
" Section 2. No person or firm shall construct,
cause to be constructed, or maintain a public or private
swimming pool without first obtaining a permit therefor.
Application for the permit shall be made to the Village
building official and shall be accompanied by payment
of a fee of $$1D.DD and by plans and specifications and
other data prepared by a competent engineer or architect
registered in the State of Florida sufficiently detailed
for the purposes of this ordinance, The $10.00 permit
fee is in addition to other construction permits for
which fees have been established."
enacted on the 8th day of April, 1957, are amended by adding thereto the
following language:
`The plumbing and electrical permit fee shall be X5.00 each."
