Aid ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, REGULATING THE PARKING OF CERTAIN VEI~CLES UPON THE _
PUBLIC STREETS WITHIN SAID VILLAGE: PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION _
OF THIS ORDINANCE, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCE OR PARTS OF ORDIidANCES IN _
CONFLICT HEREWITH.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. It shall hereafter ba unlawful for any Person or
persons to leave any truck, trailer, boat, or any vehicle of a similar type,
parked upon any public street or highway within said Village of North Palm _ _
Beach between the hours of 12;30 A.M. and 6 A.M.
Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation found guilty
of a violation of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine not to exceed -
Five Hundred 0500.00) Dollars, or by imprisonment in the Village jail for
a period not exceeding ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprison-
' ment.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con- _-
flict herewith be, and the same are, hereby repealed.

SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSAGE the 26th day of August, 1957.
