PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE #5 OF SUCH VILLAGE COUNCIL AND
AP~IdDING THE FRANCHISE HELD BY NORTH PALM BEACH UTILITIES, INC, WITH RESPECT
TO ITS WATER SYSTEM APdD SEWAGE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SYSTEM.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
• Section 1. Oxdinance #5 of the Village Council of the Village
of Pdorth Palm Beach is hereby amended so as to provide that the Village shall
pay the charges for all electricity used in the operation of the Water System
and Sewage Collection and Disposal System operated by North Palm Beach Utili-
ties, Inc. under such franchise in said Village. However, periodically, the
amounts of such net electricity bills so paid by the Village shall be credited
against charges by the said i7tility Company for water or sewage service fur-
nished to the Village by said Company, and/or paid in cash by the Utility
Company to the Village. -
Section 2, Tdorth Palm Beach Utilities, Inc. shall by letter
to be filed with the Clerk approve the foregoing amendment to such Franchise.
