' AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, REQUIRING THE SODDING OF THE AREA BETWEEN TAE LOT LINE AND
STREET PAVING AS TO ANY RESIDENTIAL LOT IN SUCH VILLAGE BEFORE AN OCCUPANCY
PERMIT IS GIVEN AS TO THE RESIDENCE UPON SAID LOT.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
• Section 1. It shall be the obligation of the owner of any resi-
dential property in the Village where a residence is under construction to sod
the area between the lot line thereof and the street pavement, in a manner~to
be approved by the Village Engineer before the Vfllage Building Inspector shall
be authorized to issue an occupancy permit for the residence upon said lot.
