BEACH, FLORIDA, ADDING A SECTION 2.02 TO THE
REGULATIONS FOR THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
VENDOR CONTRACTS FOR LABOR AND MATERIALS
BEACH COUNTY, THE STATE OF FLORIDA, THE
COOPERATIVE PURCHASING COUNCIL, AND OTHER
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section I. The Village Council of North Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby amend the
Purchasing Regulations of the Village by adding Section 2.02 of Section 2 Purchasing Policy,
and to read as follows:
"2.02: Contracts awarded by Palm Beach County, the State of Florida, the Palm
Beach County Cooperative Purchasing Council, and other Government Agencies,
for labor and materials are accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in
accordance with their terms."
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 9th DAY OF DECEMBER, 1999.
