A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING
AND ADOPTING A POLICY FOR EMPLOYEE SERVICE
AWARDS, WHICH POLICY IS SET FORTH IN EXHIBIT "A"
ATTACHED; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1 The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida,
does hereby approve and adopt the policy for employee service awards as set forth as
Exhibit "A" attached to this Resolution.
i n This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.

Employee Service Awards
• Policy Statement:
Employees of the Village of North Palm Beach shall receive Employee Service Awards as follows:
Ten Year Service Award -Upon completion often years of service with the Village, an employee shall
receive a certificate of appreciation and a S 100 check. This award will be presented by the Vrlage
Manager.
• Fifteen Year Service Award - U on co leti n f fifteen ears f 'ce with the Villa a an
employee shall receive a certificate of appreciation and a 125 00 check Thi award will be presented
the Village Manager
• Twenty Year Service Award -Upon completion of twenty years of service with the Village, an
employee shall receive a certificate of appreciation and a 5-108:A9 150.00 check. This award will be
presented by the Village Council at a Council meeting.
• Twenty-Five Year Service Award -Upon completion of twenty-five years of service with the Village,
an employee shall receive a certificate of appreciation and a $~-30:80 2 0.00 check. This award will be
presented by the Village Council at a Council meeting,
• Thirty Year Service Award -upon completion of thirty years of service with the Village, an employee
shall receive a certificate of appreciation and a $200:00 300 00 check. This award will be presented by
the Village Council at a Council meeting.
• Employee Service Awards are one-time awards as recognition for continous service to the Village.
