RESOLUTION NO. 42-99
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE PLAT OF NORTH
PALM MARKETPLACE ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT "A"; AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO EXECUTE THE
MYLAR OF THE PLAT; AUTHORIZING THE DELIVERY OF THE PLAT FOR
RECORDING IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
io 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida,
does hereby approve the Plat of North Palm Marketplace attached as Exhibit "A".
do .The Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the Mylar of the Plat of North Palm Marketplace.
~~$, The Village Council does hereby authorize delivery of the Mylar
of the Plat for recording in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Section 4 This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
