A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF SOUTHERN COAST ROOFING, DEERFIELD BEACH, FLORIDA, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $79,800 TO RE-ROOF THE CLUBHOUSE AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH
COUNTRY CLUB; FUNDS TO BE EXPENDED FROM L8059-66210 (CONSTRUCTION AND
MAJOR RENOVATION).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Southern Coast Roofing, Deerfield Beach, Florida, in the amount of
$79,800 to re-roof the Clubhouse at the North Palm Beach Country Club, a copy of which is attached
to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, in accordance with
its teens. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance.
The monies are to be expended from L8059-66210 (Construction and Major Renovation).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
