The bid of Mark Schwartz Construction Management, West Palm Beach, Florida, in the amount of $535,000 for renovation and addition to the North Palm Beach Country Club Clubhouse, and Alternate Bid No. 1, in the amount of $2,250 for exterior painting, a copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from L8059-66210 (Construction & Major Renovation). Section 2.
