A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF HECTOR TURF, DEERFIELD BEACH, FLORIDA, FOR TWO
TORO WALKING GREENSMOWERS IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,100 EACH AND ONE CLUB
CAR CARRY-ALL UTILITY VEHICLE IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,800; AND ACCEPTING
THE BID OF KILPATRICK TURF, BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, FOR TWO WALKING
GREENSMOWER TRAILERS IN THE AMOUNT OF $691 EACH AND ONE TRIPLEX
MOWER IN THE AMOUNT OF $13,867 FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE NORTH PALM
BEACH COUNTRY CLUB GOLF COURSE; FUNDS TO BE EXPENDED FROM
L8045-66490 (MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Hector Turf, Deerfield Beach, Florida, a copy of which is
attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, in
accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said
bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from L8045-66490 (Machinery &
Equipment) in the amount of $13,000.
• Section 2. The bid of Kilpatrick Turf, Boynton Beach, Florida, a copy of which is
attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, in
accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said
bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from L8045-66490 (Machinery &
Equipment) in the amount of $15,249.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
