A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
VILLAGE MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A FACILITY
AGREEMENT WITH PALM BEACH COUNTY SPORTS
COMMISSION ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT "A", WHICH
AGREEMENT PROVIDES THAT THE NORTH PALM
BEACH COUNTRY CLUB AND ITS GOLF COURSE SHALL
SERVE AS THE COMPETITION SITE FOR WOMEN'S
GOLF FOR THE 1999 NAIA SPRING CHAMPIONSHIP
GAMES; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
• Section 1 • The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does
hereby approve the facility agreement with Palm Beach County Sports Commission attached
as Exhibit "A", which agreement provides that the North Palm Beach Country Club and its
golf course shall serve as the competition site for women's golf for the 1999 NAIA Spring
Championship Games beginning May 24, 1999, and ending May 27, 1999.
Section 2• The Mayor and Village Manager are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the facility agreement with the Palm Beach County Sports Commission attached as
Exhibit "A" for and on behalf of the Village of North Palm Beach.

Palm Beach County's host effort of the 1999 NAIA Spring Championship Games. In accordance
with the bid/contract procedures established by the NAIA, Palm Beach County Sports Commis-
sion is required to obtain agreements with the operators of each of the various venues which will
serve as competition sites for the Games. The agreement must contain the facility's guarantee that
the facility has been reserved for use as a competition site for the 1999 NAIA Spring Champion-
ship Games beginning May __2.4_ and ending May ZZ, 1999.
