ACCEPTING THE BID OF FLEISCHER'S INC., WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, IN THF.
AMOUNT OF $6,800, FOR LIBRARY EXTERIOR PAINTING; FUNDS TO BE EXPENDED
FROM A7927-34620 (LIBRARY R & M BUILDING AND GROUNDS).
13}i IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Fleischer's Inc., West Palm Beach, Florida, in the amount of
$6,800 for Library exterior painting, a copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby
accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, in accordance with its terms. 7'he
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. 7'he
monies are to be expended from A7927-34620 (Library R & M Building and Grounds).
• Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 24th DAY OF SEPTEMBER , 1998.
