A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING 7'HE BID OF THERMA-SEAL ROOF SYSTEMS, WEST PALM BEACH,
1~1,ORIDA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $63,700, PLUS $2.50 PER SQUARE FOOT FOR WOOD
REPLACEMENT, FOR RE-ROOFING OF THE VILLAGE HALL; FUNDS TO BE
EXPENDED FROM A5509-66210 (GENERAL SERVICES-CONSTRUCTION & MAJOR
RT:NOVATION).
}lIi ]T RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Therma-Seal Roof Systems, West Palm Beach, Florida, a copy
of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach,
Florida, in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to
advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from A5509-66210
(General Services-Construction & Major Renovation).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 10th DAY OF SEPTEMBER , 1998.
