A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE. COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF MIRACLE RECREATION EQUIPMENT COMPANY,
MAITLAND, FLORIDA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,659 FOR PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT
A7' THE NORTH PALM BEACH COMMUNITY CENTER; FUNDS TO BE EXPENDED
FROM K ] 500-02221 (COUNTY RECREATION).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Miracle Recreation Equipment Company, Maitland, Florida, a
copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm
Bcach, Florida, in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby
directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from K1500-
02221 (County Recreation).
• Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28th DAY OF MAY , 1998.
