BRACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF HOWARD FERTILIZER, ORLANDO,
1'I,ORIDA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF 15 TONS OF IS-5-15 FERTILIZER WITH RONSTAR
FOR THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB GOLF COURSE IN THE AMOUNT OI~
$11,550.00; FUNDS TO BE EXPENDED FROM L8045-35223 (FERTILIZER) AND
1,8045-35230 (PESTICIDES & HERB]CIDES).
BI3 IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Howard Fertilizer, Orlando, Florida, a copy of which is attached
to this Resolution is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its
terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this
acceptance. The monies are to be expended from accounts L8045-35223 (Fertilizer) and
],8045-35230 (Pesticides and Herbicides).
• Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 23rd DAY OF APRIL , 1998.
