RESOLUTION 69-97
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, AWARDING A CONTRACT ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT "A" TO
FLORIDA HIGHWAY PRODUCTS, INC. FOR RESURFACING OF VILLAGE STREETS AT
THF. RATE OF $1.35 PER SQUARE YARD AND NOT TO EXCEED THE TOTAL SUM OF
$45,000.00; FUNDS TO BE EXPENDED FROM ACCOUNT #A7321-34681; AND,
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby
award the contract attached as Exhibit "A" to Florida Highway Products, Inc. for resurfacing of
Village streets at the rate of $1.35 per square yard and not to exceed the total sum of $45,000.00.
• The monies are to be expended from Account #A7321-34681.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
