RESOLUTION 58 - 97
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, CONDITIONALLY ACCEPTING THE PRELIMINARY CERTIFICATE
OF APPROPRIATENESS FOR THE PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY ISSUED BY
THE VILLAGE PLANNING COMMISSION ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 12, 1997.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Preliminary Certificate of Appropriateness (including
conditions described in the official meeting minutes) for the proposed Public
Safety Facility located at the southeast corner of US Highway #1 and Ebbtide
Drive issued by the Village Planning Commission on August 12, 1997, is hereby
conditionally accepted as set forth in Exhibit "A" (attached) by the Village of
North Palm Beach, Florida.
• Section 2. The Village Council shall review and approve the final
construction drawings prior to application to the Planning Commission for the
Certificate of Appropriateness.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 25TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1997.

EXHIBIT "A"
CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE OF PRELIMINARY CERTIFICATE OF
APPROPRIATENESS FOR THE PROPOSED PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY AS
APPROVED BY THE VILLAGE PLANNING COMMISSION ON AUGUST 12,
1997.
Site lighting details to be resubmitted and screened from adjacent
properties.
Landscaping to be augmented between Corsair Drive and service alley.
3. Shade trees to be live oak.
4. Precast fence east of service alley will be constructed to a six (6) foot
height of a design and material similar to that used on existing service
• alleys east of US #1; any other design representing a higher cost than
that design described above will be considered if additional costs are
borne by the Mariner Key Homeowner's Association or other entity.
5. Provide sidewalk on south side of Ebbtide Drive.
6. Provide noise buffer for chiller unit in accordance with Village code.
7. Avoid placement of tower on site.
No chain link fence or barb wire.
9. Relocate service road to west of existing lift station.
