A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF BRAGG CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, LAKE WORTH,
FLORIDA, FOR CONCESSION STAND AT OSBORNE PARK IN THE AMOUNT OF
$135,496; FUNDS TO BE EXPENDED FROM K8034-66200 (BUILDINGS).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Bragg Construction Corporation, Lake Worth, Florida, a copy
of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach,
Florida, in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to
advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from K8034-66200
(Buildings) in the amount of $135,496.
• Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.

The undersigned bidder agrees, if awarded the contreil, that he will commence actual physical work on the alts within
fourteen (14) days of date of permit Issue and/or Notice of Commencement, whichever Is later, and further elates Ihel
he will complete the work to substantial completion within One Hundred and Fifty (150) oonsecutlve calendar days, all
from actual start date.
The undersigned bidder further agrees that in case of failure on his part to execute the contrail within fourteen (14)
consecutive calendar days of the date of written notice being given of the award of the contract, the check or bid bond
accompanying this bid and the monies payable thereon, shall be paid to the Owner as Ilquldalad damages for such
failure; otherwise the bid security shall be returned to the undersigned.
Attached hereto is a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond In the amount of

Consisting of five (5) percent of the total bid pace, made payable to The Village of North Palm Beach, which is to be
forfeited to the owner as liquidated damages If this bid Is accepted, and the undersigned shall fell to execute the
