A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF PIFER, INC. FOR TWO (2)
TRIPLEX MOWERS, TWO. (2) FIVE-GANG MOWERS AND
(2) UTILITY VEHICLES IN THE AMOUNT OF
$92,600.00, A COPY OF WHICH BID IS ATTACHED TO
THIS RESOLUTION; FUNDS TO BE EXPENDED FROM
ACCOUNT NO. L8045-66490 (CAPITAL-MACHINERY &
EQUIPMENT); AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North

Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby accept the bid of Pifer, Inc. for
two (2) Triplex Mowers, two (2) Five-Gang Mowers and two (2)
Utility Vehicles in the amount of $92,600.00, a copy of which bid
is attached to this Resolution. The monies are to be expended from
Account Number L8045-66490 (Capital-Machinery & Equipment).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect upon its
adoption.
