RESOLUTION No. 68-96
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
VILLAGE CLERK TO ENTER INTO A THIRD AMENDMENT
TO THE LEASE AGREEMENT TO CONDUCT FOOD AND
BEVERAGE OPERATIONS AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH
COUNTRY CLUB WITH ZELNIA, VAN SCHAFFELAAR,
PRICE, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, BY
REQUIRING LESSEE TO CONDUCT ONE (1) SPECIAL
EVENT PER CALENDAR MONTH AT THE COUNTRY CLUB
DURING THE TERM OF LEASE OR EXTENSION THEREOF;
AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
• BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North
Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby approve the Third Amendment of
Lease Agreement to Conduct Food and Beverage Operations at the
North Palm Beach Country Club with Zelnia, Van Schaffelaar, Price,
Inc., attached as Exhibit "A", which Third Amendment is for the
purpose of requiring Lessee to conduct one (1)
calendar month at the Country Club during the
extension thereof.
Section 2. The Mayor and Village
authorized and directed to execute the Third 2
Agreement with Zelnia, Van Schaffelaar, Price,
special event per
term of lease or
Clerk are hereby
amendment to Lease
inc. set forth in
Exhibit '~A'~ for and on behalf of the Village of North Palm Beach.

Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
