A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE CONSTRUCTION BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
AND APPEALS OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons are hereby appointed as members of the Construction
Board of Adjustment and Appeals of the Village of North Palm Beach, as indicated herein:
CONSTRUCTION BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS
William Tracy 4/30/98
(Architect)
David DuFault 4/30/97
(ticating and Air Conditioning Contractor)
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed copy of this
Resolution to the member appointed above.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
