A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
• APPOINTING EIGHT MEMBERS TO THE EQUITY STUDY COMMISSION.
BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons are hereby appointed to the Equity Study Commission
as indicated herein:
Larry Hendricks
Charles Isiminger
Shine Mabie
Rick Morgan
Barry Paraizo
Andy Sapanaro
Tom S. Thorsen
Bill Wadsworth
Section 2. Members shall perform the duties of the Equity Study Commission in
accordance with the specifications set forth in Resolution 414196.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed copy of this
resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
