RESOLUTION N0. 03-96
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO 6.02 C OF THE
PURCHASING REGULATIONS RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING THE EMERGENCY PURCHASE OF
A PUMP FOR THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM AT
THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB,
DURING THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 1,
1994 TO OCTOBER 1, 1995; AND,
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATR.
WHEREAS, the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida,
purchased a pump for the irrigation system at the North Palm Beach
' County Club from Boynton Pump & Irrigation Supply in amount of
$6,310.00 during the 1.994 - 1995 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, Section 6.02 C of the purchasing regulations of
the Village require that all emergency purchases over $5,001.00 are
subject to confirmation by the Village Council.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North
Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby ratify and confirm the emergency
purchase of a pump for the irrigation system at the North Palm
Beach Country from Boynton Pump & Irrigation Supply in amount of
$5,310.00 during the 1994 - 1995 fiscal year.
Section 3_ This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
