• A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE UNIT PRICE BID OF MURRAY LOGAN
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR STABILIZATION OF SHORELINE ON THE
INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB, A
COPY OF WHICH BID IS ATTACHED TO THIS RESOLUTION; FUNDS TO BE
EXPENDED FROM ACCOUNT NO. L8070-33197 (COUNTRY CLUB RESERVE); AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
}3E IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby
accept the unit price bid of Murray Logan Construction Company for stabilization of shoreline
on the Intracoastal Waterway at the North Palm Beach Country Club, a copy of which bid is
attached to this Resolution. The monies are to be expended from Account Number L8070-33197
(Country Club Reserve).
Section 2. The bid of Shoreline Foundation is considered irregular and is rejected. The
• Village Council finds that Murray Logan Construction Company is the lowest, responsible bidder.
Section 3. Since the bid of Murray Logan Construction Company is a unit price bid
rather than a fixed bid, the Village Council will consider the extension of the shoreline
slabilization project east to the Parker Bridge Seacoast Utility Refurbishing Project and to the
west around the corner of the shoreline into the North Palm Beach Waterway.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect upon approval.
