ACCEPTING THE BID OF NICHOLS ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES, INC., LA CROSSE,
WISCONSIN, FOR LIBRARY AUTOMATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $27,287.00; FUNDS TO
BE F,XPENDED FROM ACCOUNT NO. A7927-66000 (CAPITAL).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Nichols Advanced Technologies, Inc., La Crosse, Wisconsin,

a copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm
Beach, Florida, in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby
directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Account
No. A7927-66000 (Capital).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.

Transportation Charges
All U.S. shipments are F.O.B. La Crosse, WI, 54601. Shipping charges are invoiced according to

Training
